Where Do We Deliver?

We deliver to all serviceable postal addresses across India.

  • Courier partners do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses

  • Please provide a complete street address with correct PIN code

  • If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately based on availability and shipping location

  • You may receive multiple packages on different days for the same order

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email shortly.

All prices, transactions, and policies are applicable in INR (₹) only.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver to customer addresses across India only.

Order Handling, Transit & Cut-Off Time

Handling Time:
🕒 1 – 2 business days (Monday – Friday)

Transit Time:
🚚 2 – 7 business days (Monday – Friday)

Order Cut-Off Time:
⏰ 5:00 PM (GMT +05:30) – India Standard Time

Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • Tracking details become active within 24 hours

  • You can track your order using the tracking link provided in the email

Order Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier partner delays

  • Natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances

Secure Delivery Address

We recommend providing a secure delivery address, such as your home or workplace.

Insect Free India is not responsible for lost or stolen packages resulting from unsafe or unattended delivery locations.

Address Change Requests

  • Once an order is placed, changes are not guaranteed

  • Address change requests may be considered within 24 hours of order placement

  • Requests after shipment cannot be accommodated
