Refund policy

Our policy lasts 3 days from the date of delivery. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a return, replacement, or exchange.

Eligibility for Return / Replacement

We accept returns only for products that were shipped by us and only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error from our end (for example, wrong item delivered).

All return or replacement requests must include proof of purchase.

Requirements for Returns

  • The product must be returned in original packaging, with no missing contents

  • A valid original order number from insectfreeindia.com is mandatory

  • Purchases made from any platform other than insectfreeindia.com must contact the respective seller for returns or replacements

Replacement Policy (No Refunds)

  • Only replacement is applicable in cases of damaged or faulty products

  • Refunds are not provided under any circumstances

  • If a prepaid order is returned to us, shipping/freight charges must be borne by the customer

  • If repeated replacements are provided and the issue still persists, we will not be able to assist further, as all reasonable efforts would have already been made from our end

Non-Eligible Items

  • Products sold during special sales, clearance offers, or at minimum prices (up to 90% discount) are not eligible for return or replacement

  • Products purchased under special promotional offers are non-returnable and non-replaceable

International & Manufacturing Disclaimer

Refund processing is not possible, as the products are manufactured overseas (including China). We take responsibility only in cases of physical damage or defects upon delivery.

Return Shipping

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or delivery confirmation when returning items, especially for international shipments. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
